Programme Overview
This 3-day Design Thinking workshop is designed to equip participants with the tools and mindset needed to tackle complex problems through human-centered innovation. Day 1 begins with an introduction to Design Thinking principles, focusing on empathy and user research. Participants will learn how to deeply understand user needs, creating detailed personas and mapping user journeys. On Day 2, the focus shifts to ideation, where teams will brainstorm and generate creative solutions, challenging conventional thinking. Participants will explore various ideation techniques, learning how to refine ideas through collaboration and feedback. The day concludes with the creation of rapid prototypes, translating concepts into tangible forms for early testing. Day 3 is dedicated to testing and iteration, with teams engaging in user feedback sessions to refine their prototypes. The final part of the workshop involves presenting their solutions, reflecting on the Design Thinking process, and discussing ways to integrate the approach into their daily workflows. Participants will leave with practical skills to apply Design Thinking in their own projects, fostering innovation and enhancing problem-solving capabilities.
