Refunds will only be issued within a specified time frame from the date of purchase, typically within 30 days.
- Refunds may be subject to processing fees or deductions for any materials already provided or services rendered.
- Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
- Refunds will not be provided for any portion of a course or training program that has already been completed or accessed.
- Refunds may be denied in cases of misuse or abuse of our services.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team.
- Cancellation requests received within a specified time frame before the start date of the training program may be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to the refund policy.
- Cancellation requests received after the start date of the training program may not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of extenuating circumstances such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after a certain point in the training program, typically after a certain number of sessions or modules have been completed.
- Cancellations made by the training company due to unforeseen circumstances, such as low enrollment or instructor unavailability, may result in a full refund or credit towards a future training program.
KPI Consulting Services Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training program at its discretion, and will make every effort to provide advance notice to registered participants.
